Wilbrod Malcolm “Mac” Plummer 05-18-31 / 03-03-19 Mac Plummer passed away on Sunday. He was the Founder and Director of PIB Investigations (Formally Plummer Investigation Bureau) servicing CNY since 1960. He was a life member of the World Association of Detectives and past Regional Director of the Licensed Detectives of NYS. He was Certified in Voice Stress Analysis, Homicide, Forensic Science and Lie Detection. Mr. Plummer taught Criminal Justice at OCC and was a Navy Veteran who served in the Korean War, Mac became ill at his office on Friday afternoon where he was proud to be the oldest actively practicing P.I. in NYS.

He leaves behind his loving wife of over 50 years Chere, Daughters Roxanne, Cheryl (Bill), Lori (Josh). Grandchildren TJ, Bill, Richard, Jessica and Juliana. Great grandchildren TJ Jr. and Eleanor. He was predeceased by his mother Rosie and his son Richard.

Services to be held at Sears-Middleton-Mathewson Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, N. Syracuse, New York on Wednesday, March 6. Calling hours are 2-4 p.m. with funeral service and full military honors immediately following. Leave a condolence for the family on the Tribute Wall
