Barbara Jane (Helmer) King

Barbara Jane King, 70, of Central Square, NY, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 8, 2025. Barbara retired from UPS as an Administrative Assistant.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Barbara was predeceased by her parents William Helmer, and Beverly McVey,

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Charles King, her children, Jennifer Hager and Charles King III (Kelly Johnson); and her grandchildren, Cody and Bailey Hager,  her brothers, Joseph (Amy) McVey, Michael (Lisa) McVey, Robert (Mary) McVey, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Barbara was a true friend to all who knew her.

She will be remembered for her kind heart, and warm smile.

Per Barbara’s request there will be no services, donations can be made to Erin’s Angels of CNY, 219 County Route 57, Phoenix, NY 13135.
