Barbara J. (Atkinson Bingham) Rudy

Barbara Jean (Atkinson Bingham) Rudy, 85, of Pennellville, passed away June 11, 2021. She was born in Liverpool and was previously employed at Deluxe Printing. She was an avid doll collector and loved quilting. She was a member of the Beacon Baptist Quilters where she was also a parishioner. She enjoyed making scripture quilts for those who needed encouragement of any kind. She has made many quilts for grandchildren and great grandchildren, family, church family, babies and strangers. She was predeceased by her first husband, Roy Bingham and step-son, Michael Rudy. She is survived by her husband, John Rudy; her children, Brenda (Robert) Tracy of Central Square, Mark (Robin) Bingham of Pennellville and Kimberly (Jay) Posenauer of Camillus; step-children, Debra (Mark) Glanzer of North Carolina, John (Patty) Rudy, Jr. of Baldwinsville, Earl (Michelle) Rudy of Phoenix, NY and Alisa Phyl Neskovich of Phoenix, AZ; 24 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and her brother, William (Susan) Atkinson of South Carolina.

Funeral services are Monday at 9am at Beacon Baptist Church, 4800, NY-31, Clay, NY. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memory Gardens, Dewitt. Calling hours are Sunday from 3-5pm at Beacon Baptist Church.
