Cindy L. Mondo

Cindy L. Mondo, Loving Mother, Wife, Sister, Friend, passed early on the morning of June 7th while being treated at St. Joseph’s hospital. Survived by her husband, Joe, of almost 50 years, her son, Joey, her brother, Bob, sister in law, Colene, best friend, Sandy and cat, Whalen.

Cindy was born on November 26th 1947, she was 71 years old.  She attended high school in Sandy Creek and later went on to business school at CCBI in Syracuse, NY where she attained an Associates Degree. Cindy had a knack for making people smile and feel special no matter what difficulties she was facing in her own life. She genuinely put others first every single time without hesitation. She saw the good in people and made you want to be a better person. Being depressed was never an option for her. She was strong to the very end. Cindy and that wonderful, glowing personality of hers will be sorely missed by all those who’s lives were fortunate enough to be touched by hers. Rest easy! We love you and will carry on and be better people for knowing you.

Per Cindy’s wishes there will be no calling hours.  Please honor Her memory with a funny joke and a fond memory she left you with. This is what she wanted. We thank you for your understanding during this very difficult time.
