Daniel R. Smart

Daniel R. Smart,48, of Mattydale passed away peacefully on November 25, 2023 from natural causes after a short illness.  Dann was born on October 2,1975 to Robert H. Smart & Linda M. Smart.

He loved where he lived & spent his life. Dann was by his father's side & considered himself his "right hand man" all of his life. They would sit at the shop & visit for hours.  He had the greatest love possible for his family & all animals, most especially dogs, rescuing several. Dann was a very kind soul who would give anything he had if someone needed it. People often commented on his quick wit & easy smile.

Dann was predeceased recently by his sister, Christina M. Smart whom he missed dearly. He was also predeceased by his 3 canine girls, Joboo, Barbie, & Princess, to him they were his kids.

Dann is survived by his parents, brother Donald J. Smart & nephew Brandon J. Smart. He has also left behind to miss him daily his best friend Pancho & canine kids Prince & Brooklyn along with several aunts, uncles, & cousins.

There will be no services at this time but a celebration of life will be held early this summer.
