Frederick Elsworth Crawford, Jr.

Fredrick Elsworth Crawford Jr. son of Fredrick and Pluma Crawford was born in Syracuse on December 11, 1933.   Fred worked at Philips Broadband in data entry for many years but his true heart was in music. Fred played the organ for hours both at home and at his church home in North Syracuse.  Never was he happier than worshipping the Lord from the organ bench. He loved Family Camp, Yahtzee, coffee, and his very special cat Toby.   He may have been a man of few words but he loved to make jokes and the twinkle in his eye will be greatly missed.  He went home to be with his Lord on January 20, 2020.  He is survived by his dear wife Ruth Ann Roehrig Crawford and several children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Community Church of the Nazarene (5360 State Route 31, Clay) at 2pm on February 16.  Please join us for a luncheon preceding the service at 1pm.
