James P. "Jimmy D" Desimone, Jr. 51, passed away April 3, 2021. He is survived by his fiancé, Christine MacCombie; his sons, Anthony MacMillan of Syracuse and Jovanni Trinchini of Rochester; step-children, Taylor VanCamp of Liverpool and Tristan Rhodes of Auburn; his mother, JoAnne (Chuck) Fougnier of Canastota; ; several step brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6-8pm at Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
