James D. "Jim" Wagner, 63, of North Syracuse, passed on July 4, 2022. Jim enjoyed boating, fishing, golf and bike riding. He worked at Carrier and Crouse Hinds. Surviving are his sister, Patricia Wagner Clark and brother, William Wagner and several nieces and nephews. No services will be held. Donations can be made to American Cancer Society
