Jerry J. Elia

Jerry J. Elia, 90, went to be with the Lord just one week after his beloved Son, Christopher Elia died.  He was also predeceased by his First Son, Johnny Elia. He resided in the Town of West Monroe with the love of his life of 20 years, Dorothy Gregory.  He retired from Allied Chemical and James Square.  He served in the US Navy in WW II from 1945-1948.  Jerry loved to build model ships, do puzzles, fish, collect coins, cook, and spend time with his family, friends and his many dogs throughout the years. He leaves behind his love, Dorothy Gregory; his four sons, Jerry Elia (Lynn), Mickey Elia (Peggy), Billy Elia (Chris), Peter Elia (Lori)

and three daughters, Mary Elia (Dennis), Pamela Elia-Romano (Richard), Rose Elia Hayes, Stepdaughter Thomasina Citro and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Calling hours will be at Sears Middleton Jones Funeral Home located at 209 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY on Saturday, March 10th from 2-5pm with a Memorial Service to follow.
