Joseph L. Henderson

Joseph L. Henderson, 92, of Cicero passed away June 17, 2021. He was born in Dundee, Quebec, Canada June 2,1929. He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus. He retired as a mechanic from the New York State Thruway Authority.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Bertha Henderson in 2015. He is survived by his children, Michael (Mari) Henderson, Patricia (Richard) Chairvolotti, David (Bonnie) Henderson and Jane (Ronald) Freebern; His grandchildren, Tom (Sheila), Joe (Meghan), Robert, Christina, Michelle, Danielle (Jamison), Jeremy (Samantha), Kevin and Eric; great grandchildren, Jordan, Madeline, Jackson, Audrey, Bella, Madison, Jackson, Adyson, Taima and August; his siblings, Bertha (Jerry) Cusson, Shirley (Roger) Howard, Isabelle Gardner, Linda (Robert) Ojida; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10 am in Sacred Heart Church, Cicero, Burial will follow in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joseph's memory to Sacred Heart Church.
