Joseph P. Lefler

Joseph P. Lefler, 53, laid to rest on September 22, 2020. Joseph was born on September 21, 1967 in Syracuse, NY, growing up in Lyncourt, NY. Joseph was predeceased by his mother, JoAnn Kasarda, his father, David Lefler, and his gramps Paul Kasarda.

He is survived by his wife, Stacey Lefler, his four children, Angela, Jazmine, Nathaniel, and Shane Lefler; his siblings, David Lefler, Sarina Natalizio, Brandi Sollars, Paul Lefler, Missy Lefler, Kim Lefler; and his many nieces and nephews. Joseph enjoyed spending his time with his children.

He expressed himself by practicing his many art forms. He had a strong passion for music, playing locally in bands such as Ozone. His talent of singing will forever echo through our hearts. Joseph kept busy working with his hands on projects and taming his sweet tooth. Joseph graduated from Solvay High School. He was well known in the community as a Centro Bus Operator for 17 years and loved conversing with fellow passengers. Joseph is often described as a goofball as he was a kid at heart, and he will be remembered by his humbleness and generosity.
