Joseph Frank Stagnitta, Jr.

Joseph F. Stagnitta, Jr., 73, of Syracuse, passed away May 16, 2024. Joe worked at Midstate Contractors for many years. He also worked at Union Smoke Shop and was a bartender at Dygert's. He was an exceptional baseball player and could have played professional baseball. He was an avid bowler and liked to wager on the horses. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Elizabeth (Storto) Stagnitta, Sr. He is survived by his brother, David Stagnitta.

Calling hours Tuesday, May 28th from 4:00-6:30pm at Sears Middleton Mathewson, 209 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with a service to follow at 630pm.
