Marion J. (Sherman) Sargent

Marion Joyce Sargent went to be with her Lord and Savior and Charles, her husband of over 60 years on October 29th

Marion is survived by her 3 children Deborah (Mark) Gibson, Jeffrey (Julie) Sargent and James Sargent, 13 dear Grandchildren, 17 sweet Great Grandchildren as well as Nieces and Nephews.

She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and resident of North Syracuse for over 50 yrs. If you were every approached by a gray haired lady in a wheel chair with a big smile and given a cross in my pocket or Senior Citizen money Clip that was our mom. She quietly spread Gods word and touched many people. She was greatly loved and will be missed dearly by her family. Services will be Friday, Nov. 5th at Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home at 209 North Main Street, North Syracuse, NY 10-12 viewing and service at 12.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to Northside Baptist Church’s Senior Group “Legacy Adults”.
