Mary S. (Whitley) Barany

Mary S. (Whitley) Barany, 83, of Syracuse, passed away May 9, 2019. She was a long-time communicant of North Syracuse Baptist Church. She enjoyed pleasing others with her drawings and floral arrangements. She was born in Trenton, NJ and lived in the Syracuse area many years.

Survived by her sons, David (Lynn) Barany of Syracuse and Kevin Barany of Baldwinsville; her granddaughter, Amy Barany of North Syracuse; her siblings, Ada (Reginald) Burroughs of Mount Holly, NJ and Richard Whitley; nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Monday from 4-7pm at Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY. Graveside services are Thursday at 11am in Colonial Memorial Park, Trenton, NJ.
