Nancy Kathleen Hoff (McNeill), a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on June 9, 2025, in Rome, NY, at the age of 72. Born on January 23, 1953, in Alden, NY, Nancy lived a life full of love, dedication, and simple joys.

Nancy had a love for baking, delighting friends and family with her beautiful and delicious cakes for countless birthdays, weddings, and baby showers. Her love for animals was profound, owning many cherished pets throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed her leisure time, often found at the casino playing bingo with her friends, a pastime she greatly cherished. Nancy was also a dedicated member of a Thursday night pool league. She was incredibly proud to share that her team earned a spot to compete in a tournament in Las Vegas, a testament to her competitive spirit and enjoyment of life.
Above all, Nancy was a proud and devoted mother and grandmother. She would tirelessly do anything for her children and grandchildren, always ready to babysit, attend birthdays, school functions, and any event that allowed her to be present in their lives.
Nancy was predeceased by her life partner, Mario Marchigiano, who passed away just a day before her on June 8, 2025. She was also predeceased by her loving parents, Nanette McNeill (Souder) and William H. McNeill.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and will be deeply missed by her children: daughter Danielle Powers (Timothy}; son Damion Horr; son Darrick Hoff ( ); and daughter Darcelle McCullagh (Jeff) She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Monique, Madeliene, Delia, Devin, Kierstin, Melanie, Damion Jr., Natasha, Michael, Tyler, and Mason, as well as her four great-grandchildren.
