Nancy Atwell Stanistreet

Nancy Atwell Stanistreet was born in Syracuse on July 14,1934. She died peacefully on Saturday September 28th.  

She was 90 years of age and is survived by her husband of 70 years, Paul Stanistreet, along with 5 of her children; Peter Stanistreet, Deb (John) Womble, Laurie (Jamie) Clouston, James (Eileen) Stanistreet, and Amy Stanistreet. 

She was predeceased by her daughter, Pamela Sue Stanistreet and by her sister, Shirley Marble of Camillus.

Nancy was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by her large and loving family. She enjoyed sharing her talents of sewing, knitting,wallpaper hanging, and furniture restoration. While raising her 6 children, Nancy found her niche working at Eagle Comtronics where she stayed until her well-deserved retirement.

After her retirement, she and Paul enjoyed many years as snowbirds traveling to Florida in winter months.

The family will have a private celebration of her life.
