Naomi C. Cross

On October 26, 2023, we bid farewell to Naomi Cross, who was born in Syracuse, NY to Monica Duffie and Frederick Cross. Following Naomi’s high school graduation, she pursued her passion for computer science at the University of Albany before embarking on a dedicated service in the army, achieving the rank of Specialist (E-4). Naomi’s service also took her to the U.S.-Mexico Border, where her Top Security Clearance responsibilities were integral.

In her leisure moments, Naomi found solace in the world of books and cherished precious moments with her family, friends, and beloved cats, BoBo and Meeps.

Naomi is survived by her mother, Monica, father, Fred, brother, Crayg, sister, Harmony, and a multitude of cherished loved ones who will forever hold her memory dear in their hearts.

Calling hours are Monday November 6th from 11am to 1pm at Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., North Syracuse with a service to follow at 1pm.
