Penny A. Wilcox, 42, of Brewerton, passed away on April 4th after a long illness. Surviving are her parents, Scott and Nancy Wilcox; sisters, Tina (Keith) Rogalski of Hastings, NY, Tammy (Todd) Santy of Madison, MS and Jamie Wilcox (Bob) of Nevada City, CA and a nephew, Oscar Thomas.
Penny loved animals and donations can be made to HumaneCNY, 4915 W. Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088, in her memory. A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
