Shawn Edward Sobotka

Shawn E. Sobotka (Buddy), age 34, of North Syracuse passed away on December 7th, 2021. He was born in Syracuse, NY, and graduated from Cicero North Syracuse High School. 

Shawn enjoyed swimming and rough-housing with the kids in the pool, playing with die-cast cars, Christmas and birthdays, watching movies, and loved babies and his large close family. 

He was predeceased by his mother Esther Rapp and survived by his father Edward Sobotka, his siblings Fredric Rapp, Diana Montclair, Michelle Andrus, Heather Sobotka and Brandon Woods; his nieces and nephews Jyll Clisson (Braedyn Baitsell, Lyrik Garcia), Tiffany Andrus (Leeya Avery), Jeremy Andrus (Cameron Andrus, Mason Andrus), Jessa and Larae Montclair (Callum Montclair), Tara Andrus (Nadia Rodriguez), Christopher Rapp, Daney Rapp, Isaiah Jones, Brandon Woods and Ethen Woods.
