He was predeceased by his siblings, OllieThomas, Sylvia VanSlyke and Dorothy Sykes.

He is survived by life partner, Carolyn Bullock, daughter, Kristina (Jared) Pulsifer, grandchildren, Avery, Charlotte and Raylan, siblings, Vivian Hamlin Blackshear of Georgia, David Thomas of Hannibal, New York Jason Thomas of Freeport, Maine
Ellen Hauck LeClaire of Hamilton, New York and
Michael Thomas of Syracuse, New York.
