Timothy G. DeVore

Timothy G. DeVore, 67, of Pennellville, passed away February 21, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Hospital with his wife by his side. He fought a valiant battle with COPD for many years eventually succumbing to the disease. 

He is predeceased by his parents, Earl and Doris DeVore, brother, Jim and sister in law, Judy, sisters, Patricia and Kim and nephew, Kelly. 

Tim is lovingly survived by his wife, Leanne, sons, Tim, Jr. and Bruce (Jamie), grandchildren, Tyler, Jason, Hunter, Colt, Wyatt, and Lilith, brothers, Kenneth and Randy (Diane), sister in law, Joanne Tyler (Dave) and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. 

Tim loved life and befriended everyone he met. His biggest joy was spending time with his family. In his lifetime, he also enjoyed gardening, classic cars-especially going to shows like the Syracuse Nationals with his ‘57 Chevy, fishing, tinkering with anything that had a motor/engine in which he had a natural ability to fix pretty much anything. He always enjoyed sitting around having a couple cold ones with family and good friends. This became a highlight of his day as he became more confined to home. 

Tim was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be missed beyond words. In honoring Tim’s request, there will be no services.
