Victoria E. Smith, 70, of Phoenix, passed away September 29, 2018. She is survived by her husband, Ronald R. Smith; her children, Suzan (Kip) Northrup of Liverpool and John (Darlene) Smith of Phoenix; grandchildren, Jake, Dakota, Jessica, Ethan, and Braylon; her sisters, Ruthie Dillon and Kathy Scripa. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5-7pm in Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Burial will be Friday in the Onondaga County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
